3D modeling is a powerful tool to see the complex fit of an assembly and set it up for successful manufacturing.
Our experience in designing products has made us experts at 3D modeling in a way that is set up for design changes and quick adaptations for future iterations.
Manufacturing Drawings
We work directly with the machinists, welders, and others who receive our manufacturing drawings. This allows for a quick and constant feedback loop that helps us refine our drawing processes and templates.
We complete all the drafting requirements for our own designs as well as for existing legacy designs that may have missing or incomplete drawing packages.
Manufacturing Files
With a wide variety of manufacturing methods available there is an equal number of file types required to feed into each process. We can create or convert any file type you might need for 3D printing, waterjet, plasma, or laser cutting.
